Libraries have quite a lot to do with the input, creation, and retention of ideologies of a knowledge seeker. The college Library aims to provide the necessary information and to make it accessible to each of the beneficiary at the right time. Its objective is to improve student success rates by maintaining a balanced collection of books, journals, periodicals, dailies and other information sources along with the reference books for the student community, supporting the University curriculum.

Chemistry is an experimental science and we cannot learn it well without practicing it. The Chemistry practicals here to teach practical skills and also other(life-long) skills such as problem -solving, time management, organisation.The Chemistry Lab give students, the opportunity to perform experiments that explore important chemical concepts and introduce proper lab techniques & safety.

When it comes to technology in general or for academic purpose acquainting with some of the Operating Systems and Software Computer Lab and its facilities is an imperative. Sahrdaya offers a variety of facilities for use by all the students, faculty and staff of SCAS. Qualified and experienced staff impart their expertise during academic sessions.Centrally placed , the lab is the hub of IT activities in the college. All the computers in the lab are equipped with the latest software and provide students of Sahrdaya access to the Internet as part of our directive to provide efficient and effective information delivery.

Geology Lab provides a hands-on survey of the fundamentals of physical geology. We introduce the identification and interpretation of rocks, minerals and crystals. We use topographic maps, air photos and satellite images to analyze and understand a variety of dynamic systems, including rivers, groundwater and sea coasts. Finally, we examine geologic time, structural geology, geologic maps, and plate tectonics with the help of geologic models.

Department of Physics has a well equipped and furnished lab. One for doing the general experiments and other for doing the optical experiments.The equipments are Computers, Printers, Spectrometer, Ballistic Galvanometer, Polarimeter,Laser equipment, Optical Fibre equipment, Plank’s constant apparatus, e/m apparatus, Cathode Ray Oscilloscope, function Generator, Multimeter, etc.
