WorkShop on Research

Sahrdaya Management Association for Refining Talents SMART organized a workshop on research on June 11^th Tuesday 2019. The seminar commenced at 1.30 pm by introducing the dignitaries, staff and students of 3^rd year B.B.A. After the introduction ceremony the college choir led us in prayer, followed by the welcome speech by the Head of the BBA Department, Assistant Professor Savio Fernandez and addressing the Chief Guest, Former Head of the B.B.A Dept. Rev. Fr. Binoy Nereparambil. After which the chief guest guided students on various aspects of research based on their project requirement. The workshop was mainly based upon the basic concepts of research study. The first step was to brief the research topic, after which he analyzed the topics and used it as an example on how to conduct a research study. He then interacted with the students and clarified the doubts. Later he conducted a questionnaire survey.After a break he continued with the session by explaining the types of hypothesis and their implementation. He briefed about different tests and their implementation on the collection survey data. He also gave notes on the workshop. He later introduced the SPSS software for conducting test data analysis. Again a questionnaire session was held.The workshop winded up with a symbol of gratitude presented to the chief guest and vote of thanks by Mathew John  the student of 3^rd year B.B.A
