Department of Social Work observed World Environment day on 5th June 2023 by conducting various programs for students of GWLPS Puliparakunnu. The program started at 1.30pm with a welcome address by first semester MSW student Bimal P. Mr. Sreekumar, Head master of GWLPS officially inaugurated the programme. The theme for 2023’s World Environment Day focused on solutions to plastic pollution under the campaign “Beat plastic pollution”. Thirty eight students were participated in the programme. First semester MSW students handled various sessions of making paper bag, seed pen and seed ball. The programme officially concluded by vote of thanks.
