SMART inauguration 2019

SMART association was inaugurated on Friday 5^th July 2019 at 11 am in SCAS seminar hall. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Ravi Jain (Senior Manager – National Stock Exchange) in the gracious presence of Associate Executive Director Rev. Fr. Davis Chenginiyden, Vice Principal- Dr. Rani M.J, Head of the department Mr. Savio Fernandez and news office bearers of the association. The programme commenced with prayer and welcome speech was delivered by the Head of the department. The new office bearers of the association took oath led by Vice-Principal Dr. Rani M.J. Secretary of the department is Mr. Mathew John (Vsem BBA), Joint Secretary – Mr. Sreram Menon (III sem BBA) and Ms. Meghna Rockson (I sem BBA). After association inauguration, chief guest of the day Mr. Ravi Jain delivered a speech on the topic “Innovation in capital market” for the students of department. The formal function ended by vote of the thanks by newly appointed secretary of the department. After the formal function, freshers day celebration was also conducted from 12.00pm to 12.45pm. Fresher’s were welcomed by second year and final year students with various cultural programmes. Second and final year students were given fifteen minutes each for presenting their programmes. The programme wound up by solo song performed by 1^st year BBA student.
