Awareness Talk

Program objective:

1. Celebration of ant ragging week of the academic year 2023-2024
2. To give awareness about the consequences of ragging among students.
3. To make sure the students about the laws and regulations related to ragging
4. To assure campus as ragging free campus.

 

Anti-ragging cell of Sahrdaya College of Advanced studies, Kodakara organised an awareness talk in connection with anti-ragging week ( 13^th August- 18^th August) on 17^th August 2023 at 9 am in the central auditorium. The programme started with a prayer song.Prof. Chandrasekharan K P (Anti raggiing convenor) welcomed the gathering.The programme officially inaugurated by Sri. Babu K, SHO of police, Kodakara. He included details about the laws and regulations of ragging along with his inaugural address. Sri.Binu poulose, ASI (Kodakara) lead the talk on ragging, laws related to ragging, what are the consequences of ragging etc. He had an active interaction with students. He asked students to hands together for the ragging free campus. Rev.Dr. Devis Chenginiyadan (Executive director, Shardaya), Dr. Mathew Paul Ukken (Principal, SCAS), Dr. Rani M J   (Vice Principal, SCAS), Fr. Anto Vattoly (finance officer, SCAS) were presided over the session. The session concluded at 10 am.
