SPEAK ANGLIA, an English training initiative of the Postgraduate Department of English was inaugurated at 12noon on 23 February 2021 by Dr.Fr.Devis Chenginiyadan, Executive Director of the Institution. The initiative spearheaded by MA English students of the department aims at imparting training to familiarize the basics of English usage to OMC staff members of the Institution. The inaugural function was attended by Dr.Jenson P.O., Principal, Vice Principals Dr.Rani M.J and Dr. Mathew Paul Ukken, Ms.Sheena Sarah Winny, Head of the Department, and staff members of the department. Ms. Maria Joshy, Department Secretary introduced the concept to all present. Sreedevi.K. and Shifanath V.S., second-year MA students, opened the training with a session of 30 minutes duration to five members of the OMC.
