As an Outreach activity during Covid-19 pandemic, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara donated prevention kits to the inmates of the Sasthampoovam Tribal Colony on 4th June 2020. In the inaugural ceremony of the FIRST BELL online education programme for the tribal students, organized by Mr. Ajay Ghosh, BDO, Kodakara panchayath, Rev.Fr. Shaju Chirayath (Finance Officer, SCAS) handed over the prevention kits to Mr.Joy Kavungal, member of the Panchayath. Mr. Binod (DFO), officials of the block and village panchayaths, CDPO, Anganwadi teachers and staff representatives from Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies were present for the function. 68 tribal families attended the programme.
