As a part of Mathematics association, IIIrd sem Mathematics students conducted a program “Meet a Great Mathematician”. The IIIrd sem Mathematics students were divided into 5 groups and each group should introduce a mathematician once in a month by mentioning his life history, achievements and contributions in mathematics.
On Tuesday, 26th June, the first group comprising of Delina, Aiswarya, Alphy, Jerin, and Arathy introduced the great mathematician Thales Of Miletus, who introduced his theory about creation without using mythology. Exe.Director Fr.Titus Kattuparambil, HOD Dr. Rani M J were present in the program.
