On behalf of observing Pi-Day on 14th March, 2021, the department conducted an online PowerPoint presentation competition in the first and second week of March, 2020. The topic for the PPT competition was ” Mathematical Constants”. The seven participants sent the PPT slides for the first round of the competition and they were selected for the second round of the presentation of the slides. The results of the competition are:
- a) First Prize: Anagha S., Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara.
- b) Second Prize: Aeshah Rafeeque, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara.
- c) Third Prize: (bracketed) John Manavalan, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara and Devika P. D., Carmel College, Mala.
A participation certificate was issued to all the participants through e-mail.
