Department of Management Studies conducted a webinar on the topic “Enhance yourself in research” on 1st July 2020 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. The session was handled by Dr. Roy C Mathew, Director & HOD – School of Gandhian Thoughts & Development Studies (Rtd), Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Objective of the webinar was;

The session began with a welcome note addressed by Asst. Prof. Savio Francis Fernandez (HoD – Department of Management Studies) and speaker Dr. Roy C Mathew took over the session. The session was successful in generating a proper insight into social science research, especially on sample selection, sampling design and its scientific applications. Dr. Roy C Mathew took the session with real life research studies and mentioned the importance of being a research scholar. Webinar was conducted for fifty minutes and at the end participants were given opportunity to open discussion on their queries and clarifications. The webinar was concluded by a formal vote of thanks delivered by Asst. Prof. Seena A O (Department of Management Studies).
