We celebrated Teacher’s Day on 05.09.2016. The celebrations started by inaugural function. It was inaugurated by Rev.Fr. Bobby Jose Kattikad. After the formal function students and staffs performed on stage. The students of all the departments came out with various dance and music performance to show their love and respect to their teachers.All the students of our institution have organized an event on the occasion of this teachers day which is also known as the birthday of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The event was held at central auditorium. The programme started by praying and singing the national anthem at 9:30am. After that our Principal, Vice-Principal and many teachers lit the Diya lamp. A female student announces all the events happening on stage one by one through a mic. A group of 8 students also performed a play on the theme of Teacher’s Day. After that, a group of class 5 students sang several poems based on Teacher’s Day. After that our principal sir gave a passionate speech on the theme of Teacher’s Day. Some other programs were also presented by the students. All the teachers were given a decorated rose flower and chocolate by the students. In the end, all the students thank all the teachers for providing a great education.
