The Postgraduate department of Psychology of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies Kodakara organized a workshop on the topic Research methodology along with association inauguration of the psychology department on 19 July 2022 at 11 am at the seminar hall. The resource person was Dr.Sujisha T G , Assistant Professor, Department of psychology, Sri C Achutha Menon Government College Kuttanellur, Thrissur. Students of psychology department participated in the workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to introduce the students to the most important conceptual approaches of research and it helped the students to understand a theoretical framework of research.
Dr. Sujisha talked about various aspects such as the steps and different types of research. She also discussed some ethical issues related to research the main objectives of workshop is to support the students to use rationally the research methods when doing their dissertation. The session ended at 12.45 pm with a vote of thanks by Sharath M, student of II B.Sc. Psychology.
