As envisaged in the syllabus of Calicut University for III BSc Physics students, they need to fulfill a study tour to Vigyan Sagar Science and Technology Park, Thrissur, which is conducted on 18th July 2024. Three students were accompanied by one faculty member for the same. The journey started at 9.30 am from the college campus and reached the destination at 10.30 am. There students visited the pavilion of space center which enhanced their curiosity to the world of space research. They also studied the pavilions of Dynamo, Eddy current, resonance cradle, mirror magic stations, Archimedes’ screen, tornado, persistence of vision etc. The faculties of the center explained various internship programs available for the students and staff. After the visit the entire team reached the campus at 1.15 pm.
