International Webinar – “Logistics Industry and the role of CILT”

The PG Department of Commerce, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies in association with Invisor Global Education Pvt. Ltd organised a one day webinar on the topic “The Future of Finance Profession-Post Covid Opportunities and Challenges in the Job Market” on 15^th July, 2021 from 3pm to 4.30pm. The resource person was Mr. Geevar Thambi, MBA, CMA. The platform for the webinar was Zoom. The session was conducted for all final year batches and faculty of the department. The Webinar started with a silent prayer followed by welcome address by Dr. Karuna.K, Co-ordinator, Sahrdaya Professional Academy. Dr.Fr.Devis Chenginiyadan, Executive Director, SCAS delivered the inaugural address followed by the session on “The Future of Finance Profession-Post Covid Opportunities And Challenges in the Job Market” by Resource Person, Mr. Geevar Thambi. The duration of the session was 60 minutes followed by Question and Answer session. Dr. Rani M.J, Vice-Principal and Prof. V.J Thomas, Head of the Department of Commerce was present during the session. The session was followed by Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Hanna Joseph, Assistant Professor and Programme Director, Department of Commerce. Master of Ceremony for the webinar was Ms. Neethu Nazar, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce. The total number of participants were 210. Feedback form was sent to all the participants through E-mail and E-Certificates were provided.
