A road safety session was conducted at Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies by Mr. OA Babu, a retired Sub-Inspector with extensive experience in law enforcement. The session aimed to enhance awareness about safe driving practices and road safety measures by creating awareness, educating participants, and discussing strategies to enhance road safety practices. Mr. OA Babu’s expertise added a practical and authoritative dimension to the session, making it a valuable opportunity for participants to learn and engage in meaningful discussions about safe driving practices.
The event sought to address key issues contributing to road accidents for all thefirst year UG students at the decennial and seminar hall. The session educatedparticipants on traffic rules, responsible driving, and the importance of usingsafety gear. Emphasis was placed on the dangers of distracted driving and the role of technology in promoting road safety.
