Post Graduate Department of Psychology conducted a two day workshop on cognitive behavior therapy for MSc Psychology and MSc Clinical Psychology students on 30th January and 31st January 2024 at college seminar hall for providing a comprehensive understanding of CBT therapeutic technique. Rev. Dr. Fr.Joseph Mathew S.J, D Psych, Counseling psychologist and member of British Psychological Association and HCPC, registered counseling psychology practitioner in UK. The workshop spanning multiple sessions emphasized practical applications of CBT in managing various psychological issues. The workshop addressed key concepts such as such as cognitive restructuring and behavioral interventions equipping students with valuable tools fro effective counseling.
