As a part of Mathematics association, IVth sem Mathematics students conducted a program “Meet a Great Mathematician”. The IV th sem Mathematics students were divided into 5 groups and each group should introduce a mathematician once in a month by mentioning his life history, achievements and contributions in mathematics.
On Monday, 20th March, the first group comprising of Megha, Shalu, Manila and supriya introduced the great mathematician Sreenivasa Ramanujan, who was one of the famous Indian mathematician, playing with numbers. Ms. Dona delivered welcome to the gathering and Ms. Delina gave vote of thanks .Department faculties were present in the program.
