As a part of best practices, in every month department of Mathematics has been conducting a program “Meet a Great Mathematician ”, with the aim of familiarizing great mathematicians and their contributions in mathematics to the students. On 21st July 2023, Ms Neha Subhana C A of Fifth Semester B.Sc. Mathematics student introduced Madhava of Sangamagrama -who is considered as the founder of the Kerala school of astronomy. Department faculties along with students were participated in the program.
