As a part of best practices, in every month department of Mathematics has been conducting a program “Meet a Great Mathematician”, with the aim of familiarising great mathematicians and their contributions in mathematics to the students. On 26th June 2023, Ms Evelin of Second Semester B.Sc Mathematics student introduced Sreenivasa Ramanujan -the great Indian mathematician. She gave a brief introduction of his life, his passion for numbers and some of the problems which where yet to be solved. Department faculties along with fifth Semester students were participated in the program.
