The NSS unit of Sahradaya College of Advanced Studies conducted a COVID and socio-economic education survey on the occasion of NSS Day. The official program began with a prayer song. The programme was followed by a welcome remark by Dr. Mathew Paul Ukken (Principal SCAS). Kodakara Panchayat President Smt. Ambili Soman inaugurated the programme.
Dr. Fr. Davis Chenginiyadan presided the gathering and congratulated all the NSS volunteers who organized the event. Vice Principals, Dr. Rani M. J, Dr. Joy K. L and Kodakara Panchayat Member Shri. Sooraj greeted the gathering. NSS Volunteer Anna Grace delivered the NSS Day Message. Afterwards the NSS volunteers honored the non-teaching staffs of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies and distributed Covid Prevention Kit.
Mrs. Sindhu Thomas, NSS Assistant Programme Officer concluded the event with a vote of thanks. The NSS Volunteers conducted a survey in 16th ward of Kodakara Panchayat. A total of 37 NSS volunteers participated in the event.
