Observation of Mental Health Day

Department of Social in collaboration with Department of psychology initiated awareness campaign as part of Observation of Mental Health day for students and staff of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara. The programmes were organized on the theme ‘Mental Health at Work’.Poster exhibition on Stress Management, Portayal of Mental Health in Movies were exhibited for the students. Flash Mob and Theme dance on the theme Mental Health and stress management has been conducted in the college. Nearly 50 students participated in the programme.
