A seminar on food safety management was conducted by the chemistry department on 30-9-2019. The program started at 1.30 pm. Mr. Pradeep Kumar V. K, the Food safety officer of Trissur circle was the resource person. The program was inaugurated by Rev. Dr. Devis Chenginiyadan, the executive director of the college. After delivering the keynote address, the teachers and students cleared their doubts the seminar gave awareness about the adulteration in various food items, and moreover, the students were advised not to get attracted by the appearance of food items but should give more importance to the quality of food. The seminar was concluded by 4.00 pm
