The department of Mathematics organized “TILASTOT2021, observing National Statistics Day on June 29, 2021. As a part of this, the department conducted a poster making competition for the students of SCAS. The topic for the poster making competition was “Covid-19 Pandemic and Statistics”. The participants submitted their response to https://forms.gle/i81bmn1788defuWy5. The judges of the competition were Mr. Anoop M. R. of Malayalam Department and Mr. Renjith Mony of CS & IT Department. The winners of the competition are:
First prize: Megha C. M., V semester B.Sc. Geology
Second prize: Anagha S., II semester B.Sc. CS.
Cash awards of Rs. 750/- and 500/- were given to the prize winners respectively and participation certificate to all other participants.
