The webinar “Bounce Back” with the motto from “Containment to Contentment ” was organized by the Covid Cell of SCAS on 14th June 2021. The webinar began with a silent prayer followed by a welcome address by Principal, Dr.Mathew Paul Ukken. Thereafter Dr. Fr. Devis Chenginiyadan delivered the presidential address. The programme was felicitated by the Vice Principal Dr. Rani M J. Covid Cell Coordinator Mr. Midhun Murali introduced the guest speaker of the webinar, Dr. Milu Maria Anto (Clinical Psychologist and Head, Department of Psychology, Prajyoti Nikethan College Pudukkad), and she presented an excellent session on “Post Covid Stress management of late adolescents”. And she reminded that one should prepare oneself and others mentally to accept any crisis situation that may arise and act accordingly. Followed by a question-answer session, the participants clarified their doubts.
