PG Department of Commerce and Sahrdaya Professional Academy, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies organises a Webinar on “COVID-19 implications on Accounting Standards” on Date: 25 September,2021 from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm. The resource person was Ms. Aparna Anna Kurian, ACCA Member, Supervisor Quality Control and Training, Assurance Crowe Al Muhanna company, Kuwait. The platform for the webinar was Microsoft Teams.
The webinar details was announced in the SCAS website and the Registration form and link were mailed to the candidates. The session was conducted for first, second, third B.Com Finance ACCA batch and faculty of the department. The webinar started with a silent prayer followed by a welcome speech by Ms. Deepthy Poulose, Assistant Professor and ACCA co-ordinator, Department of Commerce. Ms. Neethu U. P Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce introduced the resource person. The resource person Ms. Aparna Anna Kurian, ACCA Member, Supervisor Quality Control and Training, Assurance Crowe Al Muhanna company, Kuwait discussed various Accounting Standards in which changes due to COVID-19 .
