Inauguration of Wellness Club of the Sahrdaya College of Advanced held on 12th October 2023 at Seminar Hall. The Club activities of the year was inaugurated by Mr. Shafeek, District Coordinator, Vimukthi Mission Department of Excise, Thrissur. The programme was presided by Rev. Dr. Fr. Devis Chenginiyadan, Executive Director, SCAS. Dr. Mathew Paul Ukken, Principal, Dr. Rani M J, Vice Princiapl, Ms. Albia Mary George, Convener of Wellness Club, Ms. Rosalind Manjooran, Joint Convener of Wellness Club spoke during the function.
An Awareness class on Mental Health and Self Care was organized for First Semester Degree Students of Arts, Science and Management Students. The session intended to provide an awareness on Mental Health Issues and Addiction and self-Care strategies to maintain postive mental health.
