Collaborating with the Forest Department, a one-day forest conservation program was organized at Chattikkulam Central Nursery under the banner of “Clean Forest, Green Forest.” NSS volunteers actively participated in cleaning the forest area and planting various saplings. During the event, Range Officer Mathew emphasized the significance of forest conservation, shedding light on the crucial role it plays in maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment.
