Post Graduate Department of English, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies (SCAS) organized faculty exchange programme, with Department of English, St. Aloysius College (SAC), Elthuruth, Thrissur under the MoU signed between the two institutions. Mr. Ajish Paul George, Assistant Professor, SCAS engaged a session (one hour duration) on Unit 4 of ENG2A03 course, for 2 nd semester BA English & BSc psychology students of SAC on 30-03-2022. Thirty six students attended the session. Ms. Vidhu Sonaj, Assistant Professor, SAC, engaged a session (one hour duration) on Unit 8 of ENG2A03 course, for 2 nd semester BA English & BSc Chemistry students of SCAS on 31-03-2022. Forty three students attended the session. Certificates were issued to the members of faculty who participated in the faculty exchange programme. Feedback was collected from students.

Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology (NIMIT), Pongam
under the MoU signed between the two institutions. Ms. Sheena Sarah Winny, Assistant
Professor, SCAS, engaged a session (one hour duration) on the topic S.T.Coleridge’s
“Kubla Khan”, for first semester MA English students of NIMIT on 17-10-2022. Four
students attended the session. Dr. Purnima S Kumar, Assistant Professor, NIMIT,
engaged a session (one hour duration) on the topic Jayantha Mahapatra’s “Hunger”, for
first semester MA English students of SCAS on 18-10-2022. Thirteen students attended
the session.

Post Graduate Department of English, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies (SCAS) organized faculty exchange programme 2023-‘24, with Post Graduate Department of English, Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology (NIMIT), Pongam in adherence with the MoU signed on 22 March 2023 between the two institutions. Assistant Professor Metty Joby and Assistant Professor Swathy of SCAS engaged a session each (one hour duration) at NIMIT on the topics Tara: An Indian Play to MA English students (five) and Introduction to Postmodernism to fifth semester BA English students (fifteen) respectively on 06 October 2023. Assistant Professor Annie Sebastian and Assistant Professor Anu Rahim of NIMIT engaged a session each (one hour duration) at SCAS on the topics Introduction to Ecocriticism and Introduction to Postmodernism respectively to fifth semester BA English students (fifteen) respectively on 06 October 2023.
