Office of Examinations

The Office of the Controller of Examinations at Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies (Autonomous), Kodakara, was established in 2025 as a statutory body in accordance with UGC guidelines for autonomous colleges. Headed by the Controller of Examinations (CoE), the office functions under the supervision of the Principal and is supported by deputy staff and clerical personnel. Its primary responsibility is to plan and conduct examinations in a fair, transparent, and systematic manner, guided by the Examination Calendar prepared at the beginning of each academic year.

All examination procedures strictly follow the Examination Manual, which has been approved by the University of Calicut and is aligned with the UGC guidelines. The system is fully automated, supported by advanced software that streamlines every stage—from question paper generation, examination registration, and evaluation, to result publication and issuance of consolidated mark sheets.

The Office of Examinations also maintains a grievance redressal mechanism to support students in resolving examination-related concerns. Dedicated to efficiency and transparency, the office is committed to ensuring smooth and effective functioning for the benefit of the entire student community.
