M.com Students Project Presentation at Kodakara Panchayath

In Connection with International women’s day, Students of SCAS took the initiative to train the mothers of differently-abled children around the Kodakara Grama Panchayath on 6th March 2020.
The programme started with a prayer at 10.AM. Miss Veena Tharakan extended a warm welcome to all. Kodakara grama Panchayath vice president Sudha teacher presided over the function. In her address, she appreciated the venture initiated by the students and also mentioned in her talk that Kodakara Panchayath is always standing for a plastic-free environment. Ms Rosalind Manjooran, SCAS Women Development Cell president and Ms Sheeba, Sarga group president felicitated on the programme.Miss.Veena Tharakan introduced the project, the programme they wanted to present and the future plans. Ms Sreeni Varghese CDPO, Kodakara pointed out that they are always willing to upgrade these mothers since they can’t go out because of their physically/mentally challenged dependent at home.
