The Career Expo 2025, held on March 15, 2025, at Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, was a resounding success, bringing together students, industry leaders, and academicians for a day of insightful interactions and career guidance. The event commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, inaugurated by our esteemed Chief Guests, Father Dr. Devis and Father Dr. Jino, whose inspiring words emphasized the importance of career planning and professional growth. Following this, Dr. Joy K L, Principal, delivered the Presidential Address, highlighting the college’s commitment to student career development, while Dr. Karuna K, Vice Principal, welcomed all participants, stressing the significance of such expos in shaping students’ futures. A special acknowledgment was also given to Fr. Sibin Vazhapilly, Finance Officer, for his unwavering support in organizing the event. The expo saw enthusiastic participation from various company representatives, who provided valuable insights into industry trends, job market expectations, and career opportunities. Students from different colleges actively engaged with employers, attending career talks, networking sessions, and placement discussions. A key highlight was the detailed Briefing About Career Expo 2025 by Dr. Joseph Bastian, Placement Officer of SIMS, ensuring students understood how to maximize the opportunities presented. The success of Career Expo 2025 was made possible by the dedication of the Organizing Committee, with special recognition to Joint Convenors, Sarath John and Reshmi Pratheesh Ma’am. The Career Expo 2025 provided students with valuable industry exposure, networking opportunities, and career guidance, thanks to the contributions of the teaching and non-teaching staff and the support of the Department of Human Excellence.
