The session was handled by Executive Director Dr. Joji Kallingal. He explained in detail the roles, responsibilities, values, and expectations of a Sahrdayan. The session inspired the participants to uphold the institutional vision and contribute positively to the academic community.Principal Dr. Joy K.L. conducted an insightful session on Professional Code of Conduct. The session focused on the ethical values, professional behaviour, responsibilities, and discipline expected from faculty members in the institution.The Linways Orientation session was handled by Mr. Renjith and Ms. Jaimol Miss from Computer Science Department. The session provided a detailed introduction to the Linways platform and its various academic and administrative features. The session helped the new staff members understand the effective usage of the platform for academic purposes.To make the programme more engaging and comfortable for the participants, interactive icebreaker activities and energizers were conducted in between the sessions. These activities helped the new staff members interact with one another and created a friendly and positive atmosphere throughout the programme.
PRAGATHI 2026 was a successful and meaningful induction programme that provided valuable guidance and orientation to the newly joined staff members. The sessions were informative, interactive, and inspiring, helping the participants gain a better understanding of the institution’s culture, expectations, and professional environment.
