On 25th August 2025, the Institution Innovation Council in association with IQAC organized a motivational session at Aula Magna, focusing on “Transforming Early-Stage Dreams into Ventures.” The event saw enthusiastic participation from faculty members, students, and innovation enthusiasts.
The session commenced with a prayer, followed by a welcome address from the faculty coordinator. The welcome note emphasized the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in academic and professional growth.
Principal, Dr. Joy K.L, delivered an inaugural address highlighting the role of institutions in shaping entrepreneurial skills among students. He stressed the importance of nurturing young innovators and providing them with proper guidance.
The resource person for the session was Mr. Vinesh K.V, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Sahrdaya College of Engineering & Technology (Autonomous), Kodakara. He delivered an inspiring talk on “How early-stage dreams can be shaped into successful ventures.” Through real-life examples and practical insights, he encouraged students to step out of their comfort zones and pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations.
Mr. Vinesh highlighted the incubation ecosystem, government support schemes, and strategies for converting innovative ideas into impactful startups. The session was highly interactive, with active student participation and thought-provoking discussions. The feedback from the participants was highly positive, with many students expressing their eagerness to attend more such innovation-driven sessions.
