The session commenced with a welcome address by the convenor of IIC, Mr. Rajesh Krishnan followed by a formal introduction of the guest speaker. Ms. Anu Sarath began her address by narrating her journey — starting with minimal capital, facing social and financial challenges, and gradually scaling her business through hard work and strategic thinking. She emphasized the importance of:
