The Placement Cell, in association with the PG Department of Commerce, successfully organized a placement drive in collaboration with AML RightSource, providing students with an excellent opportunity to explore career prospects in the financial compliance sector. The programme was graced by Reetika Sood, Director – Talent Acquisition – APAC, AML RightSource, who attended as the Chief Guest. She interacted with the students and shared valuable insights on industry expectations, required skills, and career opportunities in the financial compliance industry. The event was conducted under the guidance of Joji Kallingal, Executive Director, and Joy K L, Principal, whose continuous encouragement strengthens the institution’s placement initiatives. The programme was further supported by Karuna K, Vice Principal, and V J Thomas, Dean of International Affairs, Commerce and Management Studies. The institution also acknowledged the valuable support of ISDC, which serves as both a learning and placement partner. The placement drive was coordinated by Asha Abhilash, Assistant Professor, as part of the Placement Cell, with the support of Dr. Hanna Joseph, Associate HoD. The recruitment process included a Group Discussion (GD) round followed by a personal interview round, in which many students actively participated. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Carolin Antony, who expressed gratitude to the management, the AML RightSource team, faculty members, and students for their support in making the placement drive successful. The event served as a valuable platform for students to connect with industry and move a step closer to their professional careers.
