The Post Graduate Department of Commerce of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara, organized a Financial Quiz for Advanced Learners on 29th September 2025 in Room No. 28. The event was coordinated by Ms. Jisha Sivadasan (Faculty Coordinator) and Mr. Kashyab Menon (Student Coordinator).
The quiz was conducted with the aim of enhancing the financial knowledge and analytical abilities of postgraduate commerce students. It provided a platform for students to test their understanding of various financial concepts and current economic trends, while also fostering a spirit of healthy competition and teamwork.
The event began with a welcome address, followed by a briefing on the quiz structure and rules. The competition comprised multiple rounds focusing on topics such as banking, investment, taxation, global finance, and current economic affairs. Each round tested participants’ speed, accuracy, and depth of financial awareness. The students showcased great enthusiasm and competitive spirit throughout the event, making it both intellectually stimulating and enjoyable.
