The P.G Department of Commerce organized a Group Discussion Programme exclusively for II and III year B.Com students on 19th December 2025 in Room No. 25. The programme aimed at enhancing students’ communication skills, critical thinking ability, leadership qualities, and confidence to express ideas effectively in a group platform.
Students actively participated in the discussion with enthusiasm and confidence, presenting their viewpoints logically and engaging in healthy, meaningful dialogue. The session provided them a platform to articulate their thoughts, listen to others’ perspectives, and develop team coordination and decision-making skills.
After evaluation of communication clarity, content relevance, leadership initiative, and team engagement, Mr. Neerav Sivan, III Year B.Com Finance (ACCA – B) was declared the Winner of the Group Discussion Competition.
The programme was highly beneficial for students in improving their personality, presentation skills, and professional readiness.
