Industry Acclimatisation Program 2025–26
The Industry Acclimatisation Program 2025–26 (Career Development Session) was jointly organized by the Department of Computer Science and Application, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, in association with the ICT Academy of Kerala (ICTAK). The program aimed to prepare final-year students for industry expectations by strengthening their aptitude, professional skills, and career readiness.
As part of the program, an Aptitude Test was conducted on 8th December 2025 using the ICTAK online assessment portal. The test was held in the college computer lab and had a duration of 30 minutes. A total of 250 final-year (2026 pass-out) students from Circuit Branches (Engineering) and Science streams (Arts & Science colleges) participated in the assessment.
Based on the aptitude test results, 100 students were shortlisted and nominated for the Industry Acclimatisation Physical Session, from 352 students which was conducted on 18th December 2025 at Seminaar Hall from 9am to 4pm . The physical session was organized in two batches of 50 students each, following a half-day physical mode.
The industry session was handled by ICTAK industry experts, with Mr. Dileep Kaithackel serving as the resource person. He is a seasoned capability development coach and psycho-clinical professional with over 25 years of experience in psychoanalysis, life coaching, leadership development, and human potential enhancement. The session focused on aptitude readiness, emotional resilience, professional mindset, leadership skills, and overall career development.

The program successfully provided students with practical exposure to industry-oriented skills and helped them understand corporate expectations, thereby enhancing their employability and confidence.
