The Department of Human Excellence, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance
Cell (IQAC), organized a dynamic Leadership Workshop on 02 February 2026 at the Seminar
Hall of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies. The session aimed to inspire students to
develop leadership qualities, enhance self-confidence, and cultivate a growth-oriented
mindset. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Cipson Thomas, renowned public speaker,
World’s Best Hypnotist – 1st Runner Up, and Triple World Record Holder. Mr. Cipson
Thomas delivered an engaging and highly interactive session that captured the attention of
the audience from the beginning. Through powerful storytelling, live demonstrations, and
practical exercises, he emphasized:
The importance of mindset in leadership
The power of belief systems
Techniques to overcome fear and hesitation
The role of body language and communication in influencing others
The significance of emotional control and focus
The session included interactive activities that demonstrated the impact of subconscious
conditioning and mental strength. Students actively participated and responded
enthusiastically, making the workshop lively and impactful.
