The Cookery Club of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies (Autonomous), Kodakara, Thrissur, successfully organized “LUFTETAR – The Gate to Great Tastes,” a Mystery Box Cookery Challenge in January 2026. The event was designed to encourage creativity, innovation, teamwork, and hands-on culinary experience among students. The competition was conducted in three rounds—Sensory Identification, Quiz Round, and Final Mystery Box Cooking Challenge—each assessing different culinary and managerial skills. Participants showcased their creativity by preparing innovative dishes using surprise ingredients within a limited time. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and was conducted smoothly with proper arrangements ensuring fairness, safety, and engagement, making it a memorable and enriching experience for all participants.
