The PG Department of Psychology, in association with the Placement Cell and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, organized a programme titled “Preparing for the Future: Higher Studies and Scholarship Awareness – 2026.” The session aimed to guide postgraduate students in exploring opportunities for higher studies and creating awareness about various scholarship schemes available for academic advancement. The programme was conducted in the presence of Joji Kallingal, Executive Director of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, whose visionary leadership continues to support academic initiatives in the institution. The event was also graced by Joy K L, Principal, whose constant encouragement and guidance inspire both faculty members and students. The programme was further supported by Karuna K, Vice Principal, and Sibin Vazhappilly, Finance Officer, whose presence added significance to the event. The session featured an informative talk by the resource person Sruthy Francis from Jerry’s Educare. She provided valuable insights into higher education opportunities, scholarship options, and strategies for planning a successful academic future. Faculty members, placement cell coordinators, and postgraduate students actively participated in the session, making it a meaningful and informative programme. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Carolin Antony, who expressed sincere gratitude to the management, the resource person, faculty members, and students for their support in making the programme a success.
