The PG Department of Commerce, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies (Autonomous), Kodakara, organized “Commerce in Action” – a Role Play Competition for First Year B.Com students on 5th December 2025 at 1:30 PM in the Decennial Hall. The programme was conducted with the aim of enhancing experiential learning and encouraging students to apply theoretical commerce concepts in real-life business situations.

The competition was coordinated by Ms. Angel Rose John, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce. Each class participated with a team of four members, and the students presented role plays depicting various practical aspects of commerce, business communication, management, and decision-making. The performances showcased creativity, teamwork, confidence, and clarity of commercial concepts.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation and healthy competition among the teams. Based on the evaluation, the First Prize was awarded to I Prof team comprising Mohammed Bilal S Najeeb, Joe Paul Kallely, Jenit Geornet Prince, and Aleena Baby. The Second Prize was secured by the I ACCA A team consisting of Juan Shibu Mathew, Deekshit Pramod, Arunima K A, and Ardhra N P.
