The Department of Human Excellence, in association with Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council – Vijnanakeralam, organized a programme on 15th July 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Seminar Hall to commemorate World Youth Skills Day.
World Youth Skills Day is observed globally every year on July 15 to emphasize the importance of equipping young people with essential skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The theme for the year 2025 was “Youth Empowerment through AI and Digital Skills.”
As part of the celebration, Vijnanakeralam (K-DISC) conducted a live-streamed event that included the official state-level inauguration, keynote sessions, and the launch of the Skill Kerala Global Summit 2025 website.
Our college actively participated in this initiative by organizing a live streaming session for students and staff. This enabled them to gain valuable exposure to global trends in skill development, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence and digital technologies, and to explore emerging opportunities in the evolving job market.
