TECH MASTERS EXPERT TALK SERIES – 1 “Python for data science : from basics to insight ”
The Department of Computer Science and Application organized the first session of the TechMasters Expert Talk Series on 5th December 2025 at the Seminar Hall. The session was conducted for First Year BCA, BSc Computer Science, BSc IT, and BSc AI students to enhance their foundational understanding of Python and its application in the field of Data Science.
Ms. Archana A B, an expert in Python programming and data analytics, delivered a highly informative and interactive session that guided students from the basics of Python to its practical use in extracting meaningful insights from data.
The talk helped first-year students gain clarity on how Python forms the backbone of data science. The resource person also emphasized the importance of analytical thinking and encouraged students to practice Python regularly to strengthen their skill set.
The first session of the TechMasters Expert Talk Series was highly impactful and well-received by the students. The Department of Computer Science and Application plans to continue hosting such expert talks to provide continuous exposure to emerging technologies and industry practices.
