The Placement Cell of Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara organized an Alumni Webinar titled “Career Milestones” on 19 August 2025 at 7:30 PM through Google Meet. The programme aimed to provide students with valuable career guidance and industry insights from alumni who are currently working in reputed organizations.
The webinar featured five distinguished alumni who are currently employed at EY (Ernst & Young). During the session, the alumni shared their professional journeys, experiences during the recruitment process, and the skills required to succeed in the corporate world.
They provided valuable insights on topics such as preparing for campus placements, developing communication and technical skills, adapting to corporate culture, and building a successful career in multinational companies. The alumni also interacted with the students and answered their questions regarding career opportunities, workplace expectations, and professional growth.
The session was highly informative and motivational for the participants. Students gained a better understanding of the industry requirements and the importance of continuous learning and skill development.
The programme was successfully organized and coordinated by the Placement Cell, and it served as an excellent platform for strengthening the connection between alumni and current students. The management and faculty members appreciated the efforts of the Placement Cell and expressed their gratitude to the alumni for sharing their valuable experiences with the students.
