The Talk on “Career Guidance in Science” was held on 30th January 2025 at Aula Magna, organized by the Department of Mathematics. The event started at 1:30 pm with a welcome address by Dr. Sheeba M.B., the Dean of Science and Head of the Mathematics Department. Rev. Dr. Devis Chenginiyadan, Executive Director of SCAS, gave the presidential address, followed by a message from Dr. K L Joy, the Principal of SCAS. Dr. Karuna K, Vice Principal, and Rev. Fr. Anto Vattoly, Finance Officer, also felicitated the event. The main highlight was a talk by Dr. Vimalkumar T V, Assistant Professor in Physics at St. Thomas College, who shared valuable career guidance in science. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Ann Mariya Nelson. The event aimed to help students understand various career opportunities in the scientific field and inspire them to pursue their goals.
