The programme aimed to enhance students’ logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and concentration through the popular number puzzle Sudoku. Students from different departments actively participated in the competition, showing great enthusiasm and interest. The event began with a brief introduction about Sudoku and the rules of the competition. Participants were given Sudoku puzzle sheets of varying difficulty levels and were required to complete them within the allotted time. The competition tested the participants’ analytical ability, speed, and accuracy. The students actively engaged in solving the puzzles, creating a competitive and intellectually stimulating atmosphere. Faculty members of the Department of Mathematics coordinated and supervised the event smoothly.
