The primary objective was to assess levels of examination and classroom-related stress and their relationship with psychological well-being, which involves maintaining emotional balance and effective daily functioning. Standardized tools, including an Academic Stress Inventory and a Psychological Well-being Scale, were administered systematically after establishing rapport and ensuring participant confidentiality. Postgraduate students managed all technical aspects, including tool distribution, scoring, and data coding.
