Clay Spectrum” was a creative stop-motion animation contest organized by the Media Studies Department on 12 December. In this event, students used stop-motion animation techniques — especially clay or plasticine models — to produce short animated films by capturing objects frame by frame and creating the illusion of movement when played back. Participants were challenged to conceptualize, design, sculpt, and animate their characters and scenes, showcasing their storytelling skills, creativity, and technical understanding of animation. The competition celebrated hands-on filmmaking and visual storytelling, often ending with a screening of submissions and recognition for the most imaginative and well-executed animations.
