As part of the II Semester Geology MDC Open-Ended Module field work, the Department of Geology organized a field visit to Athirappilly Waterfalls on 20th February 2026. A total of 15 students participated in the programme under the guidance of two faculty members. The primary objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to significant geomorphological and geological features in a natural environment. The team departed from the college at 9:30 AM and returned at 3:30 PM after successfully completing the field activities.
